2. Hosting
The website is hosted by IONOS (IONOS SE), Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Server log files (IP address, time, requested resource, user agent) may be processed to operate and secure the service.
3. Cloud (Nextcloud)
We operate a self-hosted Nextcloud at https://cloud.robbstock-entertainment.tech. Access is limited to registered users or by invitation. Hosted by Hetzner (Hetzner Online GmbH).
4. Contact form & email
When you contact us via the form or email, we process your details (name, email, subject, message) solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b)/(f) GDPR. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising.
5. Cookies & storage
We use technically necessary cookies/session storage (e.g. CSRF protection, language preference robb_lang).
These are required for site operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
6. SquadPulse desktop application
SquadPulse is a Windows desktop companion for Fortnite offered under the brand Robbstock Entertainment. The app mainly processes data locally on your device to show live squad info, match events and session history.
Depending on use and configuration, this may include:
- Epic Games login data or tokens if you sign in within the app (party sync)
- Epic display names and party/squad members you load or sync yourself
- publicly available Fortnite statistics requested via fortnite-api.com — private profiles stay private and are not forced open
- in-match game events (e.g. downs/eliminations) via Overwolf Game Events (GEP / ow-electron), if Overwolf is available on your system
- local session data (e.g. placement, elims) and app settings on your computer
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where processing is required to provide the features you use; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Epic Games, Overwolf and fortnite-api.com apply their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not run a central SquadPulse user account on our servers. The app does not send your match or stats data to https://robbstock-entertainment.tech unless you contact us yourself and voluntarily provide information. Installer downloads from this website may create ordinary server logs at the hoster (see above).
Retention: local app and session data remain on your device until you delete them in the app or uninstall it. Remove tokens via the app’s sign-out/clear features. Epic, Overwolf and fortnite-api.com are responsible for processing they perform as independent controllers.
Rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
